Windows-position not retained in VS2008

Same problem as workitem 2342, but for VS2008. Position (docked alongside Solution Explorer) is retained in VS2005, but not VS2008. After restarting VS2008, it show up as a floating item.

Missing item relative path

The current item relative path should appear at the top of the VLH tool window. Sometimes, it does not. This does not affect functionnality.
